Ctfitness and Sports Therapy’s online programmes will require a little bit of dedication and work if you are truly serious about making long term changes to your health and fitness. I will provide you with the workouts, detailed plans of your program, everything that you need to start making those changes. Whether you’re a complete exercise novice, or a regular gym-goer looking to take things to the next level, I will guide you every step of the way.

What is Online Coaching?

Online coaching is the most flexible and cost effective way to reach your fitness goals, if you want to workout where and when its convenient for you. At a fraction of the cost of in person fitness training, you can get fit even if your schedule is crazy and your budget is tight.
Every coach runs their programs slightly different, but we are all providing clients fitness guidance, detailed workout plans looking at your specific goals and ongoing support throughout.

What do I Get?

With our coaching programme you get customized workout programmes based around your fitness goals, time and availability. We work with whatever each client has available, their own homes, outdoors, or local fitness facility.  We don't give clients prescribed meal plans, we help you to take charge of your own nutrition in a way that works for you, where we will help you make small but powerful changes 1 by 1 - and get amazing results in the process.  
With online coaching you also get personal support during your time with us through our in app messaging.

How It Works

We use 1 app to deliver your workouts, nutrition meal photos and messaging. It takes 2 minutes after a workout to log your weights or you can do it as you go. Taking photos of meals and writing what's in them also takes no time at all and creates a great daily food diary so your trainer can give you feedback and tips on your nutrition and daily habits.
Fitness coaching as mentioned above gets delivered through our app or desktop. Our clients receive detailed workout programmes and log them as they go to track their progress. We get automatic notifications whenever a client completes a workout, so we can easily keep tabs on everybody's progress.

Monthly programme £80.00 (1 New programme at the beginning of 1st & 3rd week).

Quarterly programme £220.00 (1 New programme at the beginning of 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th & 11th week).

Split Programme (Advanced Training)

Monthly programme £120.00 (1 New programme at the beginning of 1st & 3rd week).

Quarterly programme £340.00 (1 New programme at the beginning of 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th & 11th week).
